I am a licensed Psychotherapist, and the CEO of The Whole Wellness Method™ and the Whole Wellness Coaching Certification™ program.

To be honest, it's been a long journey of over 14 years working with clients & trying to figure out how to create radical transformations while not burning myself out. I've had a deep calling to serve humanity since I was little yet the path to where I am at today has been very challenging.
